Boldi stainless steel cutlery set (FABINI) and the Office collection of office supplies (Mikov)
Natálie Navrátilová is originally from Znojmo, and she became interested in design because of Designblok. When she visited the first time as a teenager, she was mesmerized by an installation by Bomma. And this year, she has turned the tables – it was Natálie whose work stood out at the Designblok 2024. She received the award for Best Launched Product by Producer for her luxury office collection called Office – consisting of anthracite rulers, a protractor, a letter opener and sharpener – which she made for the traditional brand Mikov. Natálie, who graduated from the product design studio at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, also made a name for herself last year with the kitchenware she designed for the Czech brand FABINI, where she has held the post of product designer for years. She also received the Red Dot Design Award in the category of kitchen products for her Boldi cutlery set made of stainless steel. Her designs always aim for the most harmonious and user-friendly proportions, while getting the most out of production capacities.
